We traveled to multiple cities during this trip and our stay here was by far the most restful. The curtains were TRUE blackout curtains, the beds and bedding were ideal for a good night’s sleep, and we heard zero traffic noise from outside (which was nothing short or miraculous given the location). Given that we were traveling with two tweens and two teens and we’re all exhausted from poor sleeps in other hotels, this was no small tender mercy. One of our rooms was right by the elevator even, and I never once heard any noise from it. Bliss! The breakfast was good and consisted of muffins, juice, coffee and various teas, yogurt, muffins, some fruit, cereal, oatmeal packets, and two breakfast sandwich options. Everything was individually packaged, which I appreciated. Our kids very much enjoyed the quality of the TV’s and the outdoor hot tubs. I was also impressed by the bathtubs, which accommodated even some of the larger members of our family group. Another perk was that the elevator to the parking garage was separate from the elevators that service the room floors, and was pretty much instantly available whenever needed. And the elevator for the room floors was impressively speedy given the height of the building. I would gladly stay here again without hesitation.

Breakfast was good but very busy. I needed early check in as I had to be somewhere else during the whole check in window of 4:00-11:00. I was told several times since booking it was unavailable. I called front desk to make sure my reservation was secured as I wouldn’t be able to check in until after midnight. I was feeling confident with the response from front desk. So I then called reservations and explained, she then called front desk and secured my late checkin. After all that I showed up 2 hours early to try and check in and was easily able to check in and put my bags in the room. Would have been nice if I was just granted the early check in of 1 hr I requested with booking 7 months earlier. The stay and service was good

Its the second time we come back and stay here in Hilton Metrotown, the experienced was excellent. Reasons: - Staff are very helpful, i need to print my PCR test result and they did it quickly, no questions, no fee! - location is great, near to Metropolis and a lots of F&B in the surrounding - Next to Metropolis station (where there is many buses) and near to MRT station - i never tried their breakfast, but suggest to explore the surrounding which is lots of F&B that opens from 8 or 9 am - the have small counter for coffee or hot chocolate that you can get 24 hours. my kids love this and the drinks are free.

Location. It’s close to many restaurants and shops in Burnaby. The room we had was also spacious and comfortable for me and my 2 children.
